Shipping Terms

  • Boxing Week products: All products are final sale, no returns on any products. 
  • Boxing week shipping: Due to high volume of orders, your product may be shipped after the New Year of 2016.
  • NO FREE SHIPPING on sale products 
  • All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • Free economy shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping) in Canada excluding remote and difficult to serve locations.
  • Orders below $75 are subject to a shipping fee depending on the weight of product/s ordered and on location of shipment .
  • Express shipping is available in Canada, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations.
  • USA shipping is available – Please contact info@thehairhealer.com BEFORE placing orders from the USA.
  • Worldwide shipping is available – Please contact info@thehairhealer.com BEFORE placing orders from anywhere in the world other than CANADA.
  • NO FREE SHIPPING on Himalayan Salt Lamps

Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered.

Shipping

www.thehairhealer.com provides four shipping options, all made through Canada Post  – Regular Shipping, Expedited Shipping, XpressPost, and Priority,  Please note that any shipping method you choose, your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.

Returns

Our goal at www.thehairhealer.com is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened and unused electrical products such as: Blowdryers, irons, and hair trimmers, up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Vitamins and minerals that are UNOPENED are accepted up to 14 days after the purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines. We also cannot accept any returns from LIQUID products and STYLING products due to hygienic reasons in the following categories:

  • Hair Brushes
  • Shampoos
  • Conditioners
  • Creams
  • Leave-ins
  • Oils and serums
  • Spray bottles
  • Hair masks
  • Gels
  • Masks
  • Mousse and foam
  • Anything else that is liquid or a styling product is not acceptable
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page

-Hair services paid online, are none refundable.

-Downloadable products such as books, are none refundable

 

Please Note: Local Pick-Up of hair products is ONLY from Thornhill, Ontario. Exact address will be provided upon order.

Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a warranty issue or a general complaint with a product, you may want to try calling the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.

If you would like to make a return request, please email info@thehairhealer.com with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your “Order Update” emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!
